What’s working in 2026: industry changes, strategy, and mindset

Unless you’ve been living under a rock (or blaming yourself unnecessarily), you already know JUST how much the industry has changed over the last couple of years. Reach is down, AI is all over the place, sales cycles are longer. And this new level and speed of change seems to be the new constant. 

It simply takes more to make a sale in 2026 than it used to. 

And honestly?  I just don’t think that’s a bad thing. And it definitely doesn’t mean you can’t do well in times of great change. 

The vast majority of my long-term clients are making more money this year than they did last year. Some are having their best year ever (already). My business is doing really well too and 2025 was my 2nd best year in business (so far). 

As we gear up for next week’s masterclass, there’s another important conversation I want to have this week. 

I want to talk about what’s actually WORKING right now (and there’s a lot that’s working) to sign clients, grow your business and your revenue, and thrive in 2026. 

And spoiler alert…I truly think we (you, me, anyone who’s talented at what they do and super passionate about their work and their impact on the world) actually have an advantage over other business owners because what we have going for us naturally IS what’s working
